At SSR Dairy, we are committed to delivering high-quality products in eco-friendly packaging to minimize environmental impact.
Due to the use of sustainable glass packaging and the perishable nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns for Dairy or Natural Kitchen products.
Please note that we do not process product refunds in the event of a return.
Once your order is confirmed or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Damages During Transit:
We recommend inspecting your package upon delivery.

Our Customer Support Team will assess your issue and get back to you with an appropriate resolution within 3 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged product at our discretion.
