Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your dairy products, like milk and buttermilk, the very next day after receiving your order, as long as it’s placed before 9 PM on the previous day. For Natural Kitchen orders, we typically ship within 1 to 2 working days of receiving the order.

We handle deliveries with our own team and also work with various courier services for shipments across Delhi. Depending on the destination, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 days. For other locations across India, we gladly accept orders, though shipping times may vary.

We reserve the right to cancel any order within 48 hours of receiving it, though we’ll always do our best to fulfill your order on time. Please note that delivery times can sometimes be affected by unforeseen operational issues.
